**Main purpose of position**

Currently we are looking for an
**IT Advisor **in Delhi, India to be part of our global team working together towards our vision
- **Improving our future.** The IT Advisor will be Scatec IT’s main responsible for supporting the IT operation in full region were allocated to ensure the users and assets have the tools they need to do the work deliver renewable energy to the local market. The IT Advisor is facilitating Scatec’s IT infrastructure and ensuring that it follows the global standards and best practices.

**Main responsibilities**
- Create user accounts, assign licenses and permissions
- Configure computers for new users
- Give IT introduction to new users and IT training when necessary
- Keep available stock of hardware and accessories
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported
- Handle hardware failure and warranty claims
- On-site and remote support
- Main contact person for IT related issues in Asia
- Negotiate and follow-up agreements with local vendors
- Active participation in Scatec’s Global IT Operations Team
- Evaluate obsolescence and need to dispose IT assets
- Handle tickets in the Service Desk / ITSM tool for own region and globally

**Qualifications and competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT
- IT Certifications withing Microsoft, Azure, Cisco etc will be beneficial
- 3-5 years of experience with IT end users support / technical support
- Good knowledge of Windows, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Teams, iOS and Android
