We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven EdTech Sales Executive to join our team. As an EdTech Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our educational technology products and services to schools. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the education sector.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop an effective sales strategy targeting schools. Identify potential customers and devise plans to reach and engage them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, principals, technology coordinators, and other key decision-makers. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our EdTech solutions. Clearly communicate how our products align with the specific needs and goals of each school.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector. Generate leads through research, networking, attending industry conferences, and utilizing various sales and marketing channels.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure. Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, conduct meetings, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional post-sales support. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and assistance to schools in implementing and utilizing our EdTech solutions effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and challenges in the education sector. Gather market intelligence to identify opportunities and make informed decisions regarding product enhancements and competitive positioning.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
- Giving demos of products/solutions to schools.
- Submitting quotation, follow ups and closures of sales, payments.
- Daily/Weekly reporting on sales activities, creating sales beat plan
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or MBA (preferred)
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech or education industry
- Familiarity with school systems and educational technology landscape
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Experience in consultative selling and needs-based solution selling
- Understanding of educational technology products and services
- Proactive and self-driven approach to sales
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Comfortable with technology and ability to quickly learn new products and systems
- Willingness to travel to meet with potential customers (as required)
- Flexible working hours to accommodate customer meetings and events
- Self travel (bike)
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
