_**Job Summary**:_
- The _**Sales Merchandiser**_ _in the garment industry is responsible for driving sales growth by managing product presentation, inventory, and client relationships. This role bridges the gap between production and sales teams, ensuring that garments meet customer demands and market trends._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, retailers, and distributors._
- _Analyze market trends and customer preferences to recommend suitable garment styles and collections._
- _Coordinate with design, production, and quality control teams to ensure timely delivery of merchandise._
- _Monitor stock levels, plan inventory, and suggest reorder points to optimize sales and reduce overstock._
- _Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review._
- _Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients and suppliers._
- _Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events._
- _Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal regulations._
- _Track competitor activity and identify new business opportunities._
- _Provide product training and support to sales teams and retailers._
- **Qualifications**:_
- _Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field._
- _Proven experience in sales merchandising within the garment or apparel industry._
- _Strong understanding of garment production, fabric types, and fashion trends._
- _Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills._
- _Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software._
- _Ability to analyze sales data and market research reports._
- _Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure._
- **Preferred**:_
- _Experience working with international clients and export markets._
- _Knowledge of supply chain and logistics related to garment manufacturing._

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
