**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop product assortments that meet customer preferences and market trends.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Coordinate the procurement process, including order placement, follow-up, and tracking to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and analyze sales data to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and assortment expansion.
- Manage product specifications, pricing, and margins to maximize profitability and meet sales targets.
- Provide support to sales teams by ensuring accurate product information and availability.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to merchandise quality, pricing, or delivery on time.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in têxtile technology, Merchandising or related field.
- Proven experience in a merchandising role within the garment industry, with a strong understanding of procurement, production, and inventory management processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software.
- Knowledge of têxtile materials, garment construction, and quality standards is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
