*Job Title: Production Planning and Control Executive - Sheet Metal and Automotive Manufacturing*

*Location:* Lucknow

Education : Diploma & B.Tech

*Experience:* Minimum 4 years in Production Planning and Control, preferably in the sheet metal or automotive manufacturing industry.

*Job Overview:*

As a Production Planning and Control Executive for our esteemed sheet metal and automotive manufacturing company, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and resources to meet production schedules. Your expertise in production planning and control will contribute to the overall operational excellence of our manufacturing processes.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Production Planning:*
- Develop comprehensive production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and customer demands.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to gather relevant information for production planning.

2. *Scheduling and Coordination:*
- Create detailed production schedules considering machine capacity, workforce availability, and material availability.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of production plans.

3. *Inventory Management:*
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
- Implement strategies to reduce lead times and enhance overall inventory efficiency.

4. *Resource Allocation:*
- Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to meet production targets.
- Optimize resource utilization while maintaining high-quality standards.

5. *Quality Assurance:*
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that production processes adhere to quality

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:
