**Media Coordinator**
**Location**: West Hill, Calicut

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled **Media Coordinator** to join our team in West Hill, Calicut. The Media Coordinator will play a key role in managing media relations, creating content, and executing media campaigns to enhance our brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all media activities and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to develop media content for various platforms (print, digital, TV, radio, etc.).
- Draft and distribute press releases, articles, and other media-related content.
- Maintain and update media contact lists and database.
- Monitor media coverage and report on media presence and trends.
- Assist in the development and execution of media campaigns and promotions.
- Track and manage media buying and advertising budgets.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media outlets, and influencers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Organize and facilitate press conferences, media events, and interviews.
- Ensure all media content aligns with the company’s brand voice and objectives.
- Evaluate and report the effectiveness of media campaigns and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in media coordination, PR, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a similar discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of media platforms and their dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and media monitoring tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with media professionals.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in digital media or social media management is a plus.
- Familiarity with content creation and graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of media buying and placement strategies.
