**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator**

**Location**: Kozhikode, Office - EDFIL Learning

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Academic Qualification**: Degree/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

**Experience**: At least one year of experience in any field. Training will be provided.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated interest in the marketing and sales field.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients.
- Generate and maintain sales reports, track progress, and analyze sales data.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information about products/services.
- **Marketing Assistance**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Monitor social media platforms and engage with followers to enhance brand awareness.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and organizing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all event-related tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel arrangements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of sales/marketing activities and contacts.
- **Continuous Learning and Development**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales and marketing.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
