**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Inventory & Purchase Executive** to manage the flow of goods from procurement to product labeling and returns. This role involves handling parcels, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with directors on rate cards, labeling products, and managing customer returns in our inventory software.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Parcel Management**:

- Receive and verify all incoming parcels and deliveries.
- Check for product accuracy, quantity, and condition upon arrival.
- **Purchase Entry**:

- Accurately enter all purchased items into the company’s inventory software.
- Maintain up-to-date and error-free stock records.
- **Rate Card Coordination**:

- Consult with Directors to finalize rates for each product.
- Create and update rate details in the system.
- **Product Labeling**:

- Print and attach product labels with accurate pricing and item information.
- Ensure each item is properly labeled before dispatch or display.
- **Return Entry**:

- Handle and record all returned products from customers.
- Ensure returned stock is updated in the system accurately and promptly.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using inventory or ERP software.
- Good communication skills for coordination with directors and team members.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, printing software, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
