**Job Description:

- **We are seeking a talented and experienced architect with 3-5 years of proven expertise to join our team. As an architect, you will play a critical role in designing and overseeing the development of various architectural projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to create innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients and adhere to industry standards and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and ensure feasibility of proposed designs.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and materials in the field of architecture.
- Participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the architectural team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- **3-5 years of professional experience** in architectural design and project management.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.

Professional licensure or eligibility to become licensed preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
