**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to the company’s products or services.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and generate interest.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule appointments, product demos, or follow-up calls as required.
- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions.
- Follow up on leads provided by marketing campaigns or sales teams.
- Ensure all customer details and information are updated in the database.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Fluency in both English and Hindi (written and spoken).
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good listening skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and basic office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejections professionally.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a telemarketing or customer service role.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer demands and situations.
