Associate - Learning Strategy, System & Ops

**Roles and responsibilities of this job**

**-Learning roadmap & strategy ** : Define & strategize the learning roadmap, prioritize the biggest problems and define an action plan to tackle them

**-Setting up systems & processes**: Setup systems to run the learning and associated ops

**-Content Development**: (a) Develop learning objectives & structure learning activities, (b) Develop content pieces & assessments

**-Define & own ** content
** KPIs ** around learning effectiveness for the end user goals. Use these to identify areas for improvement in the learning journey.

**-Interventions & iteration**: (a) Craft scalable interventions for users who need additional support, (b) Iterate on known weak areas in the program,

**-Integrating feedback processes ** to assess the success of their learning material

**-Working with team stakeholders**: Regularly coordinating with all the relevant stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Program and Outcome teams

**What we’re looking for**

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field. Teaching experience is a plus.

-Excellent creativity and innovative thinking to design engaging and interactive learning materials

-Strong presentation skills to deliver training sessions and workshops effectively

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with SMEs, and cross-functional teams

-Analytical mindset to gather and analyze data for continuous improvement

-Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

-Passion for education, enthusiasm for making learning fun, and a commitment to improving educational outcomes
