**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹22,000 per month + Travel Allowance + Commission

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach potential hotel clients to pitch our home care products.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing hotel clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on product benefits.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Handle **deliveries, payments, and after-sales support** to ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep track of **market trends and competitor activities** to identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, payments, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth operations and customer service.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **B2B sales experience** (preferably in FMCG, hospitality, or home care products).
- Strong **communication, persuasion, and negotiation** skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
- **Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive approach** to sales.
- Good knowledge of Haridwar’s hotel market is preferred.

**Requirements**:

- **Must have own vehicle** for travel within Haridwar.
- Standard working hours**:9 AM - 5 PM** (Monday to Saturday).
- **Travel allowance** and **commission** based on sales performance.
