**Required Experience**:
2-4 years of experience in video creation, and editing, preferably in a start-up or creative environment.
**Work Location**:
Gurugram/Gurgaon - Work from the office

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Video Editing: Edit raw video footage into high-quality, visually appealing videos for various marketing and promotional purposes, including social media campaigns, website content, and product demos.
- Storytelling: Use your creative abilities to craft compelling narratives through video content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience.
- Filming and Editing: Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to capture high-quality footage.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in video style, tone, and branding elements across all video content to strengthen brand recognition and awareness.
- Graphics: Create visually appealing graphic content of all types which aligns with the brand philosophy.
- Post-Production: Enhance videos with visual effects, motion graphics, animations, sound design, and music to create a polished final product that meets professional standards.
- Content Optimization: Optimize videos for different platforms and formats, ensuring compatibility, quality, and optimal playback on various devices and channels.
- Project Management: Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining efficient communication and organization throughout the editing process. Oversee the end-to-end video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of video production quality, reviewing and approving all video content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, storytelling objectives, and technical specifications.
- Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in video production and ensure the use of state-of-the-art equipment and software to produce high-quality videos.

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is required.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your video editing skills, creativity, and storytelling abilities is essential. Please provide examples of your previous work or links to online portfolios.
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking, with the ability to transform raw footage into visually appealing and engaging video content.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate and high-quality editing, color grading, and visual effects.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and understand project requirements and feedback.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, the latest technologies and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
