Job Title: Content Creator (Social Media Platforms)

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for ideating, creating, and curating engaging content across multiple platforms including social media, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will play a pivotal role in developing content strategies, producing multimedia assets, and enhancing our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
**Content Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience.

**Content Creation and Curation**:

- Create captivating and original content in various formats such as photos, videos, graphics, blogs, and posts for social media, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Curate and repurpose existing content to optimize engagement across platforms.

**Platform Management**:

- Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing across multiple platforms while adhering to content guidelines and best practices for each platform.

**Video Production**:

- Script, film, edit, and produce high-quality video content for YouTube and other video-centric platforms.
- Handle video optimization, including thumbnails, and descriptions for YouTube SEO.

**Engagement and Community Building**:

- Monitor and engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on various platforms.
- Foster community growth and engagement through interactive and valuable content.
- Analytics and Optimization:

- Analyse content performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content strategies and improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

**Influencers Engagement**
- Research and identify potential influencers and content creators in the industry.
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that resonates with our audience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing content across social media, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools such as Video editing, Canva, or similar software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, video editing, and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to deadlines.
- Creative mindset, willingness to experiment, and adaptability to evolving digital landscapes.

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related fields.
