**Required Experience**:
3-6 years of experience in Content Production.

Gurugram/Gurgaon - Work from the office.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent work experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Production Planning and Oversight: Lead the planning and pre-production stages, including scriptwriting, content ideation, interview topic selection, and logístical arrangements. Work closely with teams to ensure the smooth execution of video shoots, including managing schedules, coordinating equipment and personnel, and providing creative input.
- Content Creation: Manage the content plan, overseeing the creation of diverse content types (videos, podcasts, articles, infographics, social media posts) on industry trends, technology, campus placements, and networking opportunities for career guidance. Optimize existing resources and relationships.
- Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and guidance to content moderators, and videographers to ensure the content aligns with the desired vision and resonates with the target audience.
- Content Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize content performance based on data insights, user feedback, and industry trends. Identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness, engagement, and conversions.
- Content Evaluation: Assess the quality, relevance, and credibility of curated content to ensure it aligns with the organization’s goals and provides value to the audience.
- Conduct Live Talks: Organize and coordinate live talks conducted in colleges across the country, engaging students and addressing their career-related queries.
- Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources, including talent, equipment, and budgets, to support the content production process. Plan, lead, and update extensive schedules and calendars to ensure projects, and content are moving forward and meeting targets.
- Meetings and Collaborations: Fix up meetings with relevant stakeholders, including senior team members, industry professionals, and experts, to discuss content strategies and partnerships. Work closely with the content production team, camera operator, and editor to ensure seamless execution of content.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, best practices, tools, and methodologies to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Experience: Previous experience in content creation and production processes across various formats, conducting interviews, hosting programs, live talks, and video production facilitation is highly desirable.
- Individual Expertise: Keen interest in ongoing technology, startup trends & what’s new in the industry in general, across the globe. Strong individual expertise in content production, instructional design, or a related field to bring innovative ideas and enhance the overall quality of our content materials and resources.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely.
- Interviewing Skills: Proficiency in conducting interviews, probing for insights, and maintaining a conversational flow.
- Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with guests, make them feel comfortable, and create an environment conducive to open and insightful conversations.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with video production equipment and software technologies, and keen interest in exploring new trends & being able to learn & implement them in day-to-day work.
