**Responsibilities**:
1. PatientInteraction:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries,

scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information.
- Establish and maintain rapport with patients, promoting trust and open

communication.
- Create a welcoming environment that ensures patient comfort during

interactions.

2. AppointmentManagement:

- Coordinate patient appointments, aligning schedules with healthcare

providers and patient preferences.
- Confirm appointments and communicate relevant pre-appointment

instructions to patients.
- Contribute to optimizing the appointment calendar to minimize wait times

and enhance operational efficiency.

3. DocumentationandAdministration:

- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) for patients, ensuring

data integrity and organization.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including paperwork processing and record management.
- Collaborate with administrative colleagues to facilitate efficient data flow and communication.

4. Referral Coordination:

- Support the coordination of referrals to specialists or external facilities,

ensuring timely transfer of pertinent medical records.
- Facilitate smooth communication of essential information to referred

providers.

5. TeamCollaborationandFollow-Up:

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure clear communication

among providers, contributing to comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress, treatment plans, and any required follow-up

activities as directed by healthcare providers.

6. PatientEducation:

- Provide patients with essential information about their conditions, available

treatments, and preventive measures.
- Confirm patients' understanding of post-appointment instructions and

recommended follow-up care.

7. Outstanding Customer Service:

- Deliver exemplary customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience,

and professionalism when interacting with patients and their families.
- Address patient concerns and complaints with tact, escalating issues if

necessary. Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or healthcare-related roles is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR)

systems.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Efficient multitasking abilities within a condensed work schedule.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹5,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 28 - 56 per week
