**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Management**:
- Plan, create, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Set up and optimize campaigns for Search, Display, Shopping, and Video advertising to maximize ROI and drive high-quality traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities and trends for targeting relevant audiences.
- Manage and monitor PPC budgets, ensuring proper pacing and allocation of ad spend.
- **Ad Copy & Creative Optimization**:
- Write compelling and engaging ad copy tailored to the target audience.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative assets for Display and Video campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to optimize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**:
- Set up conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools to measure campaign performance.
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize bidding strategies.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI, and present findings to stakeholders.
- **Bid Management & Optimization**:
- Manage bids and adjust strategies to maximize performance while maintaining budget efficiency.
- Use automated bidding strategies and scripts to optimize campaigns for specific business goals (e.g., maximizing conversions, enhancing visibility).
- Continuously optimize keyword bids, targeting, and audience segmentation to improve overall campaign performance.
- **Keyword & Competitor Analysis**:
- Perform regular keyword research to refine and expand keyword lists and ensure relevant targeting.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within the PPC landscape.
- Use insights from competitor activities to develop new strategies and improve campaign performance.
- **Audience Targeting & Remarketing**:
- Create and manage audience lists for remarketing and audience segmentation.
- Implement remarketing strategies across search, display, and social media platforms to recapture lost leads and nurture customer relationships.
- Segment audiences based on behavioral data, geographic location, device type, and other relevant factors.
- **Landing Page Optimization**:
- Collaborate with the web development and design teams to optimize landing pages for better user experience (UX) and higher conversion rates.
- Ensure landing pages align with ad messaging and follow best practices for PPC-driven traffic.
- Conduct landing page A/B testing to identify areas for improvement in user engagement and conversion.
- **Collaboration & Strategy Development**:
- Work closely with the SEO, content, and social media teams to create cohesive marketing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall digital marketing efforts, ensuring PPC campaigns complement other marketing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and innovations in paid advertising, implementing relevant changes to stay ahead of the competition.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**:
- 2-4 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns with proven success in increasing ROI and driving qualified leads.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid advertising on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- **Core Competencies**:
- Strong understanding of PPC strategies, ad copy creation, and bid management.
- Proficiency in keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation techniques.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and related PPC tools.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking implementation.
- Strong Excel skills for campaign analysis and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for managing tracking codes is a plus.
