**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to optimize campaign performance and achieve target objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Identify trends and insights to improve campaign performance and drive continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to maintain competitive advantage in PPC advertising.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to evaluate different ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies, regulations, and guidelines set by relevant platforms and authorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of PPC concepts, platforms, and tools, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and ad management platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad copy and creative assets.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications would be an advantage.

**Salary**: Competitive salary commensurate with experience and skills.
