Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist with a strong background in managing performance-driven digital campaigns within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, analyzing, and optimizing paid search and display campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks to drive patient acquisition, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Plan and execute ROI-focused PPC campaigns for healthcare services (clinics, hospitals, diagnostics, etc.)
Create and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Keyword Research & Targeting:
Perform in-depth keyword research tailored to healthcare services and treatments.
Identify high-conversion keywords while ensuring compliance with medical advertising policies.
Ad Copy & Creative Optimization:
Write compelling, compliant ad copies and collaborate with the creative team for high-converting visuals.
A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership.
Budget Management:
Manage large-scale monthly ad spends efficiently with a clear focus on ROI and KPIs.
Reallocate budgets across platforms based on performance data.
Compliance & Industry Trends:
Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare industry regulations and platform-specific guidelines.
Stay current with PPC trends, platform updates, and healthcare digital marketing strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with SEO, content, CRM, and clinical marketing teams to create an integrated marketing approach.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
6+ years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management, specifically in the healthcare domain.
Deep understanding of HIPAA compliance and advertising policies on medical topics.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with tools like Data Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Tableau is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred
