Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated PPC Ads Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position for candidates with up to 6 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI for our real estate offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across platforms (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid experience in campaign management with the ability to strategize, launch, and scale PPC campaigns efficiently.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Facebook Ads, including audience targeting, creative testing, and budget optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, covering search, display, and remarketing for high lead conversion.
  • Skilled in conversion tracking to measure, analyze, and improve the effectiveness of ad expenditure and lead quality.
  • Strong keyword research capabilities to identify, select, and monitor high-performing keywords appropriate for real estate advertising.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics to interpret campaign results, funnel performance, and optimize based on actionable insights.
  • Experience in lead generation with a track record of driving high-quality leads in a competitive market, especially within real estate.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and monitor robust PPC ad campaigns focused on generating investor leads for real estate plotting layouts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaign goals with business objectives and market trends.
  • Optimize ad spend for campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and additional social media platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization to ensure campaign relevance and efficiency.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights for campaign adjustments and improvements.
  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven recommendations for enhancing lead generation activities.
  • Stay updated with emerging PPC trends, best practices, and platform updates to maintain an innovative advertising approach.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and integration with CRM systems for seamless lead follow-up.
