**Commis Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as per the menu in Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Follow recipes and instructions from senior kitchen staff.
- Help with stock management and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment in star hotels is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Relevant culinary training or certification is a plus.
