Designation: Inside Sales Executive
Qualification: Any Degree (mandatory)
languages known:
Position 1. English, Kannada and Hidi
Position 2. English, Malayalam and Kannada
Location : HAL, Bangalore
CTC : 4 - 5 LPA
Job skills:
Should have good communication
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically
& maintaining good rapport with the clients of the company.
Understanding the requirement of the client & provide services as required.
Respond promptly to customer inquiry.
Handle and resolve customer complaint.
Follow up on customer interactions.
Manage & updating customer’s account on daily basis.
Converting leads into business.
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
Record details of actions taken.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
