
Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating interest or sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain product/service features in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Maintain a database of customer information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Min. 1 years of experience in Telecaller/ telesales with outbound process
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Previous experience in telecalling or telesales.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
