**Job description**

**Role and Responsibility**
- Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
- Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
- Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services.
- Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.
- Keep records of every customer interaction and sales activities.
- Understand customer psyche and record both successful and unsuccessful sales methods.
- Handle huge volumes of inbound and outbound telecalling.
- Improve organisational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a telecaller.
- Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements.
- Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with customers.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in the face of challenges.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity.
- Highly motivated and target-oriented individual.

**Objectives of this role**
- Understand customer psyche and record both successful and unsuccessful sales methods.
- Handle huge volumes of inbound and outbound telecalling.
- Improve organisational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a telecaller.
- Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements.
- Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with customers.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
