Job Description*
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Calling clients.
- Meeting clients.
- Good communication skills.
- Visiting sites/projects with the client.
- Helping him in research.
- Negotiating for a client with the builder.
- Helping client with a home loan.
- Closing sales.
- Maintaining DSR.
- Doing market research.
- Also responsible for particular project sales.
- Must have proven records of previous sales performance.
Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements. Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at the project level) and communicates the same effectively to prospects.
In collaboration with the Team Lead, meet with prospects, organize and conduct site visits and strive to establish a strong client relationship with an aim to convert from proposal to definite status.
Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution.
Work Experience*
- Practice and Other Requirements: Minimum experience of at least 6 months in the relevant real estate field is required.
- Consulting /investment banking/ wealth management/ client services background preferred; experience of selling luxury products with clear targets for top-line; willingness to travel.
