**Job description**

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Entry & Documentation
- Enter data accurately into company databases and systems.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and records.
- Update and verify information as required.

**Record Management**:

- Manage and organize digital and physical records.
- Retrieve information efficiently when needed.
- Assist in archiving old records and disposing of outdated materials.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.

**Coordination & Communication**:

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

**General Office Duties**:

- Handle office-related tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
