**Location**: Tathastu Dental Hospital, Vijay Nagar, Indore

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Day Shift, 6 Days a Week

**Experience Required**: 1-3 Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor computer systems and peripheral equipment to ensure smooth hospital operations.
- Perform routine data entry and processing tasks, including updating patient records and managing appointment schedules.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to IT support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and secure records of patient data, system operations, and transaction logs.
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis to support hospital operations and decision-making.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Perform regular system backups and assist with maintaining system security and confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a computer operator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating computer systems, data entry, and office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
