**Position Title**: Data Entry Operator Department : Finance

**Reports To** : Sachin Soni

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Book Keeping**: Entry of Purchase, Sales, Delivery challan, Journal entries and all the terms related to entry.

**2. Quality Assurance**: Perform validation and integrity checks on data, rectifying any inconsistencies or errors.

**3. Data Backup & Retrieval**:Create backup files and ensure easy retrieval of data, in compliance with data management best practices.

**4. Stock Keeping**:Entry of Purchase and sales includes stock transfer in and out.

**5. Collaboration**:Coordinate with engineering and financial departments to ensure data relevancy and completeness.

**6. Day to Day Transaction**: It is must for the operator to handle and record the bills on the current date. Coordination with the vendor regarding the outstanding bills.

**7. General Terms**: It includes basic terms of Accounting like Balance-sheet heads, Ledger etc.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Educational Qualification**:
Minimum High School Diploma, a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or related field is advantageous.

**2. Experience**:
At least 1 years of relevant experience in data entry or related fields, freshers are also eligible

**3. Technical Skills**:
Proficient in MS Office Suites.

**4. Attention to Detail**:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail is crucial.

**5. Certificate Required**:
Basic Tally course certificate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,404.77 - ₹15,200.00 per month
