**Full Job Description**:
We are hiring for Manufacturing Industry at Bhopal Location.

**Computer Operator Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Use the production schedule to determine the order of operations
- Use computer software to prepare the equipment for use
- Develops and maintains an inventory of data processing supplies and informs supervisor as reorders are needed.
- Ability to perform and back up data entry.
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
- Know and perform the necessary commands to begin operations.
- Complete production logs in order to record problems and actions taken.
- Maintain equipment and supply inventories by checking stock, anticipate supply needs, place and expedite equipment orders and confirm receipt of supplies.
- Preserve client confidence, protect operations and keep information confidential.
- Perform any related tasks and achieve relevant results as needed.
- Contribute to overall team effort.
- To ensure that information flows timely and securely to and from the organization as well as within.

**Computer Operator Skills and Qualifications**
- 1-3 years in MIS field, Data Entry,knowledge of advanced excel formulas.
- Hands on experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Ppt, etc)
- Should have excellent computer operating and typing skills
- Knowledge of google sheets, macros will be a plus

**Preferred Skills**
- Excellent knowledge in computer software usage - Microsoft word, excel and power point
- Excellent communication both oral and writing.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
- Team work with ability of multi-tasking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
