**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Computer Operator at The Briminc located in Bhopal. The Computer Operator is responsible for day-to-day tasks related to computer operations, back office operations, and communication. This role requires strong computer literacy skills, including typing proficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various outsourcing assignments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with outsourcing partners and vendors.
- Monitor outsourcing performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all outsourcing activities.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize outsourcing workflows and improve efficiency.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members involved in outsourcing projects.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in outsourcing coordination or a related role is preferred.
- Familiarity with outsourcing platforms such as Naukri, Upwork, and Freelancer.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices in outsourcing.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic computer skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹7,086.04 - ₹10,708.56 per month
