**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate computers and maintain data entry systems efficiently.
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
- Input accurate data into spreadsheets, databases, and systems.
- Manage and organize office documents using MS Word and Excel.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis using Excel formulas.
- Support the back-office operations including billing, documentation, and record keeping.
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proficient in **MS Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Organizational and time management skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Prior experience in data entry or back office roles is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of database or accounting software is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
