**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Management**:

- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
- **Report Generation & Analysis**:

- Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) to generate detailed reports and dashboards.
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
- **System Monitoring & Maintenance**:

- Monitor computer systems and peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain organized records of data entries, reports, and system logs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
- **Collaboration & Support**:

- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate data sharing and process improvements.
- Provide support and training to team members on Excel-related tasks and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
- Experience in data analysis and report generation using Excel.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Microsoft Excel or related courses.
- Experience with database management systems.
- Knowledge of basic programming or scripting languages.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time, in-office position.
- Standard working hours with occasional overtime as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
