**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Monitoring and Maintenance**:

- Monitor computer systems and networks for performance issues and errors.
- Conduct regular maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- **Data Management**:

- Accurately input, update, and manage data across various computer systems and databases.
- Ensure data integrity and generate detailed reports as required.
- Utilize Tally for financial data entry and management.
- **Software and Hardware Support**:

- Provide technical support and training to end-users for MS Office and other software tools.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to address complex technical issues.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive logs of system operations, incidents, and resolutions.
- Document standard operating procedures, configurations, and technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management in English.
- **Backup and Recovery**:

- Perform regular data backups to ensure data security and availability.
- Implement and manage disaster recovery plans and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications) is required.
- Additional certifications in IT or related fields are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a computer operator or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Tally ERP.
- **Skills**:

- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer operations and various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- **Certifications**:

- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Office Specialist) are advantageous.
