Chit Finance Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our chit fund products to potential clients, fostering strong relationships, and meeting sales targets to drive company growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Acquisition**: Identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and promoting chit fund services.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively closing sales and expanding our customer base.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing them with personalized service and solutions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitors, and potential leads.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on Chit Finance products and services to effectively communicate benefits to potential customers.
- **Presentations & Demonstrations**: Conduct product presentations and explain the features and benefits of chit funds to prospective clients.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions using the CRM system.
- **Feedback & Improvement**: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies and service offerings.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or similar industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Understanding of financial products like chit funds is a plus, but not mandatory.
