**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Management**:

- Generate, verify, and dispatch invoices to clients accurately and on time.
- Maintain detailed records of all invoices issued and payments received.
- **Collections**:

- Develop and implement strategies for improving collections and reducing outstanding debts.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Address and resolve client inquiries or disputes regarding invoices or payment terms.
- Provide excellent service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- **Account Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile accounts receivable balances and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, overdue payments, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Highlight trends and recommend improvements in the receivables process.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and financial standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all receivable activities and transactions.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the finance, sales, and operations teams to align on client payment terms and conditions.

Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns efficiently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
