**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Accounts Payable**:
- Process invoices from vendors.
- Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
- Prepare and process payments to vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- **Accounts Receivable**:
- Generate invoices for customers.
- Follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances.
- Manage billing disputes and discrepancies.
- **General Ledger Maintenance**:
- Maintain the general ledger.
- Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare journal entries as needed.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- **Financial Reporting**:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- **Compliance and Audit**:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support auditors during financial audits.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- **Financial Analysis**:
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties regarding financial matters.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive for 6months to 1 year.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., TALLY ERP PRIME) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
