**Tender Executive Job Description**

We are looking to hire an experienced Tender executive to coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications. The major responsibilities include organizing tendering/bidding activities and contract reviews, assisting marketing by cultivating customer relationships, tracking tender due dates and results, collating tender information from various sources, and maintaining accurate records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 2 years in a tender-oriented environment, like bid writing, procurement, project management or project coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent knowledge of GEM and other Portals.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, effectively coordinate tasks, and contribute to making difficult decisions.
- Familiarity with project management and the associated software will be a plus.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze bids and contracts for price, quality and technical specifications of goods and services.
- Monitor the submission of bids and ensure they are accurately completed and meet the requirements of the tendering process.
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses on bid and contract costs.
- Negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders to reach favorable agreements.
- Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations.
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
- Utilize project management techniques and software to effectively manage bids and tender project.
- To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc.
- To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review.

Pay: ₹3,00,000 - ₹4,80,000 per year

Schedule: Day shift

Education: Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience: 2 years (preferred)

Language: English and Hindi.
