**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Check (QC)**:

- Inspect raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain records of quality checks and provide reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to industry and company-specific quality guidelines.

**Packing**:

- Supervise and manage the packing process to ensure proper handling and labeling.
- Optimize packing techniques to minimize damage and maximize efficiency.
- Maintain stock of packaging materials and ensure timely replenishment.
- Train workers on standard packing procedures to maintain uniformity.

**Dispatch & Logistics**:

- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or delays.
- Ensure accurate documentation of shipments, including invoices and delivery notes.
- Track shipments and resolve any transportation or delivery issues.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Quality Control, Packing, and Dispatch operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
