**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our products and services.
2. Utilize social media platforms like **Instagram**, **LinkedIn**, and **Facebook** to identify and connect with potential leads.
3. Use tools like **Google Chrome** for web research and lead generation.
4. Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients.
5. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
6. Follow up with leads and ensure timely updates.
7. Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (Additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with **Instagram**, **LinkedIn**, and other social media platforms for lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of **Google Chrome** for research and sourcing leads.
- Good telephone etiquette and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Prior experience in tele-calling or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
