**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Communicate fluently in **Hindi** (Tamil and English are an added advantage).
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Maintain call records and follow up with leads.
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries professionally.

**Requirements**:
** Must speak Hindi fluently** (Tamil and English preferred).
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
*Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
