**Location**:Pondicherry/ Villanur

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Telecaller** to join our team. The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer database with call details.
- Generate sales leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in [English/Tamil].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to handle rejection.
