**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our services and product offers.
- **Client Engagement**: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer appropriate solutions tailored to their business needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our product service and other offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
- **Follow-up**: Diligently follow up with prospects and maintain a database of leads and sales opportunities.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing sales deals over the phone.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
- **Handling Inquiries**: Manage inbound inquiries related to our product, services, providing timely and accurate responses.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and outcomes in the company CRM system, providing regular reports on sales activities and progress.
- Engage with prospective clients over the phone to introduce our services.
- Generate quality leads through effective communication.
- Maintain a record of client interactions and provide updates on lead progress.
- Work closely with the sales team to support conversion efforts.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in telesales or telemarketing or similar industries.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone presence and the ability to engage clients professionally.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
