**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Present Kreelab’s services and solutions with clarity and confidence — tailoring pitches to each client’s unique needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Track sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Kreelab offerings.
**Requirements**:
- 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience (agency, SaaS, creative services preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and closing deals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales metrics.
- A proactive, go-getter mindset with a hunger to exceed targets.

- Experience selling marketing, creative, or digital services.
- Existing network in industries such as tech, retail, or media.
