**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**: Identify, approach, and secure new clients for e-commerce and digital marketing services through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic cold calling.

**Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, expand market reach, and generate revenue in the e-commerce and digital marketing sectors.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that our solutions align with their business goals.

**Market Research & Competitive Analysis**:Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing opportunities to better position the company in the marketplace.

**Proposal Preparation & Presentation**:Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and business cases that speak directly to the client’s objectives and needs.

**Negotiation & Closing Deals**: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring the company’s offerings are presented in the most compelling way possible while achieving revenue targets.

**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:Work closely with the marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

**Sales Reporting & Target Achievement**: Monitor and report on sales performance, keeping track of targets and key metrics, and making adjustments to strategies as needed to achieve growth.

**Customer Feedback & Retention**: Act as the main point of contact for client feedback and ensure satisfaction with our services to maximize retention and long-term relationships.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in sales ,

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Skills**:Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing techniques, and industry best practices.

Proven track record in lead generation, sales, and account management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, PPC, and other digital marketing services.

Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem, including platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.

Knowledge of Kanpur’s local market trends and potential business opportunities.
