Seeking an experienced **Chief Portfolio Officer** will be responsible to in charge of preserving and growing the company’s asset portfolios. The CPO provides foresight and insight when leading the company’s investment team, are engaged when completing all fund transactions whether institutional or private and are required to effectively maintain and grow portfolio developments.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain efficient relationship with institutional or private investment groups or individuals and ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, instructions and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a liaison with institutional or private investment groups or individuals as engaged with those investments benefiting the organization and ensure alignment for an amicable resolve when requested.
- Analyze all client requirements and determine appropriate investment strategies for the organization and develop investment team to proficiently represent and engage with institutional or private investment groups or individuals, under your departments care, custody and control when facilitating mandates and directives from the organization.
- Provide industry inside knowledge on new and existing investments, funds and financial activities which may be considered by recommendation for growth value projects which further aggregate and grow portfolio objectives.
- Attend, be available, join, engage, participate, forthcoming, in a positive, constructive, punctual and contributing manner assisting in the overall outcome of those situations, activities, events, meetings whether internal or external, whether one-on-one or in groups or crowds when providing control, discipline, authority, maturity, humility, kindness through the extension of one’s proficiency of their said discipline.
- Review all performance of investment portfolios and prepare required report for management in accordance to company policies on time, accurately and completely.
- Manage the brief comprehensive portfolio defining all the approved and engaged investments and ventures providing the interface for the internal Investment Committee and provide recommendations for expansion or growth and relinquishment those investments or ventures questionable of potentially providing future expansion to those changes in existing investment policies and submitting the same for review.
- Develop and maintain knowledge on those market securities of interest to the company and manage all portfolio management products and those of potential interest.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
