We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer CFO to lead the financial strategy and operations of our group of companies The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing a robust Management Information System MIS across all group entities preparing and submitting project reports to banks for financing and delivering detailed monthly performance reports to the Managing Director The CFO will play a key role in financial planning risk management compliance and decision support Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting MIS Design implement and manage a comprehensive MIS framework for all group companies Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial data across business units Present detailed monthly financial reports to the Managing Director with insights trends and variance analysis Project Finance Banking Prepare and submit detailed project reports to banks and financial institutions to support project finance proposals Liaise with lenders and financial partners to secure funding under optimal terms Ensure compliance with loan covenants timely documentation and follow-up on disbursements Strategic Financial Management Lead budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning for group companies Monitor cash flow working capital and financial performance across the group Identify and mitigate financial risks through internal controls and risk management practices Compliance Governance Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance in accounting taxation and corporate law Coordinate audits with internal and external auditors Oversee adherence to accounting standards and financial policies Desired Candidate Profile Qualification CA CMA MBA Finance mandatory Experience Minimum 10-15 years in progressively senior finance roles preferably with experience in group holding companies Strong experience in MIS development project finance and stakeholder reporting Proven leadership in working with banks and financial institutions Excellent analytical communication and team management skills Familiarity with ERP systems and modern financial software tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 95 000 00 - 115 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
