**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality classroom sessions in **Spoken English** and **Digital Empowerment** to enhance students’ job readiness.
- Conduct regular student assessments and track learning outcomes.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and feedback to support individual student growth.
- Share timely updates and training progress reports with the Master Trainer.
- Collaborate with the team to improve teaching methodologies and materials.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Support other team members and Lighthouse activities as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline, with **1-2 years of experience** in teaching or training, preferably in English.
- Strong command of **spoken and written English**.
- Excellent **presentation, facilitation, and classroom management** skills.
- Comfortable managing a batch of **25-30 students**.
- Energetic, empathetic, and able to connect well with youth from diverse communities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to youth development and social transformation.
- Basic digital literacy and ability to teach digital skills.

**How to Apply**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
