As an English Spoken Trainer Intern, you will be responsible for helping students improve their English communication skills. The key responsibilities include:

- Assisting lead trainers in conducting spoken English classes.
- Conducting one-on-one or group sessions to improve students’ pronunciation, grammar, and fluency.
- Developing engaging activities and exercises to enhance conversational skills.
- Providing feedback and corrective guidance to students to boost their confidence in speaking English.
- Monitoring students' progress and maintaining records of their learning journey.
- Assisting in the preparation of teaching materials, such as worksheets, presentations, and videos.
- Encouraging students to practice speaking English in everyday situations and providing relevant practical examples.
- Engaging students in discussions and role-playing exercises to improve verbal communication.
- Participating in team meetings to discuss training strategies and improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
- Passion for teaching and helping others improve their communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse learners.
- Patience and a positive attitude towards helping beginners.
