**Job Title: Spoken English Trainer[Female]**

**Location**: South Extension-1 Main Market

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:

- Create and implement engaging lesson plans focused on spoken English and communication skills.
- Integrate aviation-specific terminology and scenarios into the curriculum

**Instruction**:

- Conduct interactive sessions that enhance students' speaking, listening, and presentation skills.
- Use various teaching methods, including role-plays, discussions, and multimedia resources to facilitate learning.

**Assessment**:

- Monitor and assess students’ progress in spoken English through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

**Student Engagement**:

- Foster a supportive and encouraging classroom environment that motivates students to participate actively.
- Organize group activities and speaking competitions to enhance confidence and fluency.

**Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other trainers and staff to ensure an integrated approach to student learning.
- Participate in faculty meetings and training sessions for continuous professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Spoken English trainer or teacher, ideally in an academy or training setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage and motivate students.
- Familiarity with the aviation industry and customer service practices is an advantage.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.

**Job Type**: Part-time
