**Role Overview**:
The role is to provide quality assurance of the BusinessProcess Management products, and to be responsible for the creation and execution of tests, identification, timely reporting and re-test of defects.

The Quality Assurance (QA) team ensures the product quality meets customer requirements and functions to specification. Automation of the test process using proprietary tools and scripting languages is required. The role holder will contribute to process improvements activities relating to work procedures and software test tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the functionality being developed and create test specifications and use cases that will exercise the functionality at a component level and product level.
- Execute test specifications and automated scripts to meet project timescales, identification of product defects, timely recording of defects and re-testing of the product when defects have been corrected.
- Contribute to the automation of test specifications using simple scripts, programming languages, apis, junits, and proprietary tools.
- Identify use case examples to expand into test cases for repeated use, throughout project work

**Qualification**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in QA - BE/BTech/ME/MTech BE/BTech/ME/MTech Degree in Computer Science area or equivalent
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in test automation tool like Selenium /Protractor/Cucumber/Cypress/Playwright
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in manual and automated testing
- Knowledge and understanding of JAVA/JavaScript or any other scripting languages
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Working knowledge of at-least one database technology like Oracle or MS SQL
- Should have good problem solving skills, analytics, communication skills
- ISTQB certified (would be advantageous)
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies AWS, Azure (would be advantageous)

**Desirables**:

- Ability to work in a fast paced Agile/SCRUM development and rapid deployment of a cloud development organization.
- Proficient on Windows and Unix based operating systems.
- Business Process Management (BPM) testing experience knowledge
- Knowledge of different types of testing E.g. Performance testing, Security Testing

- Excellent verbal and written with remote teams communication skills
- Ability to work in an international multi-site environment in conjunction
- The role holder should be diligent, innovative, a team player and should have good learning capabilities and should have positive attitude
